Environmental Permit

The People's Committee of Nhon Trach District has issued an Environmental Permit for the mechanical manufacturing enterprise with the following contents:

Appendix 1: Permit for wastewater discharge into the receiving water source and environmental protection requirements related to wastewater collection and treatment.

Appendix 2: Permit for air emission discharge and environmental protection requirements related to air emission collection and treatment.

Appendix 3: Compliance with permissible limits for noise and vibration levels, along with relevant environmental protection requirements.

Appendix 4: Requirements for waste management, environmental incident prevention, and response.

Appendix 5: Other environmental protection requirements, including green space development, permit disclosure, environmental monitoring, and incident response.
