All around excellent cooperation and communication. Always timely replies and clear information. The progress reports are always sent on time, easy to understand (explanations included) and contain plenty of manufacturing photos, which are highly appreciated. A big help is Mento’s loading/shipping plan for our PO’s as well as the fact that we always receive detailed and correct information about container stuffing and the amount of containers needed (should Andritz estimates differ from Mento’s). Our logistics department is also very pleased with our cooperation and your willingness to help with dispatch of goods.
